A man missing from his home in Hampshire has been found alive and safe in Kent.

A search was carried out after Alex Child's distinctive gold Morris Marina car was found abandoned in a field in Birchington.

The 36-year-old from New Milton had not been seen since Saturday, March 23.

His car was discovered dumped partly in bushes in a lane at Monkton Road Farm, Brooksend the following day.
