More on KentOnline

Status Quo's mighty anthem Rockin' All Over The World certainly holds true for my Vinyl Years show.
Not only do we have listeners from across Kent and beyond tuning in every Sunday evening but we are also listened to around the globe.
Our latest listeners are from Australia who catch up with the best music from the 1960s and 1970s via the internet.
How odd is that - the latest technlogy being used to enjoy music from what many regard as the golden era of pop and rock, which was a time long before any of us had heard of the world wide web, personal computers and mobile phones.
This year The Vinyl Years will be delving deeper than ever into your music tastes and we want to hear from you about your favourite style of music.
I plan to have themed shows where we will turn the spotlight on a particular type of music - hard rock, rock'n'roll, skiffle, reggae, blues, ska, rhythm and blues, prog rock, the first wave of the British beat boom, disco, punk and psychadelia.
And hands up who remembers Northern Soul and the days of the Wigan Casino?
If you want to turn back the clock to revisit your musical past, we can help. Just drop us an email and we will get cracking.
