Police investigating the assault of an on-duty police officer are looking for a cyclist who could hold crucial information.
The officer was knocked unconscious by a group of people in a graveyard in St Lawrence Chase, Ramsgate, at about 9.45pm on Friday, February 2.
He was taken to hospital for treatment and continues to recover at home.
No arrests have been made, but officers are now keen to speak to a cyclist who was seen travelling past the graveyard at the time.
Officers believe the cyclist may have crucial information which could help the investigation and are urging them to get in touch.
