A new shoe shop is set to open at a popular Kent shopping centre later this year.

Bosses have confirmed Deichmann is coming to Westwood Cross, Broadstairs, in March.

Hoardings have already gone up outside an empty unit next to All Sorts of Sweets & Stuff.

The footwear retailer already has several stores across Kent, including in Maidstone, Ashford, Canterbury, Chatham and Folkestone.

Andy Underwood, director at Deichmann, said: “We’re extremely happy to open a new store in Westwood Cross.

"It’s a fantastic shopping centre and we look forward to offering our value-for-money footwear to the local community from March 1, 2022."
