An appeal has been launched to find a young exotic cat which has been missing for two weeks.
The one-year-old Savannah cat, named Amber, went missing from North Avenue, Ramsgate, on Wednesday, December 27.
Owner Curt Anderton is desperate to find the feline, which is said to be very valuable.
Mr Anderton's friend Beverley Smith said: "She's only young and very valuable.
"I've spent days trying to help him find her.
"She's been spotted, even to the point of going into a charity shop and running out.
"The fear is she's not going to survive in this weather, and that she's been seen running across the road in Ramsgate High Street.
"Curt has only had her for four weeks."
Amber is chipped and neutered and has been spotted on several occasions in Ramsgate.
Miss Smith added: "She was spotted scavenging in the bins in the High Street near the Chinese.
"On the January 4 she was seen again in the High Street and ran into the charity shop but got scared and ran .
"We need more sightings. If we have sightings we can set traps and monitor them.
"She's only small and very, very nervous.
"The concern is being an exotic cat she is far from streetwise."
