A major route has been reopened after a crash involving a car.

Officers were called to collision on the A299 Thanet Way near Saint Nicholas-at-Wade this morning.

The incident happened between the Hedgend Industrial Estate exit and the Reculver exit shortly before 10am.

One car was involved and officers attended along with the South East Coast Ambulance Service.

No injuries were believed to have been reported.
