An urgent hunt is under way for a missing man described by police as "vulnerable".
Caine Hawkesford was last seen leaving his work in the Ramsgate Road area of Broadstairs around 11.20am on Thursday.
Caine is 43 years old and described as being vulnerable and officers are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.
He is white with a tanned complexion, around 5ft 11in tall and of stocky build with short black hair and a goatee beard.
Caine is believed to be wearing a green polo shirt and green sweatshirt, with black trousers and a black suede coat with fur inside. He wears an earring in his left ear and also wears an orange watch.
Police believe it is highly likely Caine is on foot and may have headed in the direction of Reculver or Herne Bay.
