Ramsgate man to appear in court after stabbing at home in Boundary Road

Police have issued a major update after a man was rushed to a London hospital after being stabbed earlier this week.

Officers were called to a residential property in Boundary Road, Ramsgate, at round 2.30am on Wednesday where a person was found with knife wounds.

The man is continuing to recover from his injuries, which are described as non life-threatening.

As a result of the investigation, Tyler Walsh, of Coleman Crescent, in the same town, was arrested and charged on suspicion of aggravated burglary and possession of cocaine.

The 27-year-old appeared before Margate Magistrates’ Court yesterday (April 11) and was remanded to appear before Canterbury Crown Court on May 12.
