Pranksters have once again targeted the Madeira Walk waterfall in Ramsgate.
The site has been squirted with soap causing bubbles to flow over the historic rocks.
The water feature has been the subject of similar pranks before. In January last year the same soapy water could be seen flowing over the railings and in September pranksters turned the waterfall green.
