Firefighters have rescued a teenage girl who was trapped in a swing at a children's playground in Ramsgate.
The giggling youngster and a friend, both aged around 15, thought it would be funny to squeeze themselves into the seats designed for young children.
But they became wedged and one of them dialled 999 and a five-strong fire crew was sent to their rescue in Boundary Park last night.
One of the girls freed herself by the time they arrived, but the other spent an hour trapped before being cut free with hand tools.
A Kent Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: "We were called to Boundary Park to a female trapped in a child's swing.
"We sent out one fire engine and the crew used small tools to release her from the swing.
"She was then given over to the ambulance service."
