Police closed roads and a man has been taken to hospital after a crash Ramsgate.

Officers received a report of a crash involving a car and a bicycle at 2.25pm this afternoon.

Secamb attended the scene alongside police in Queen Street, Ramsgate.

George Street and Effingham Street were also shut by police.

A man suffered unspecified injuries and was taken to a local hospital.

There were reports that an air ambulance landed on Government Acre.
