Manston Road is temporarily closed while a vehicle involved in an earlier crash is recovered.

The accident occured on the B2050 between the junctions with Margate Hill and Woodchurch Road, Manston, at 3.30pm.

A single vehicle was involved and although the ambulance service was called, police say the driver was not seriously injured.

Officers had been able to reopen the road in between times, until the recovery vehicle arrived.
