Emergency services including a crew from the Air Ambulance are at the scene of a serious crash in Margate.

Roads are shut off by Mill Lane where the crash between two vehicles happened just before midday.

Crews from South East Coast Ambulance and the Kent, Surrey and Sussex Ambulance, which landed at a nearby school, are tending to an injured man.

A police spokesman said a localised road closure is in place to ensure public safety.
