Police taped off an area near a seafront following concerns for a woman.
Emergency services descended on Victoria Parade, near Ramsgate's East Cliff promenade and beach, this afternoon.
A cordon was put in place this afternoon after officers were reportedly called to concerns for a woman's welfare.
Four police cars and an ambulance were at the scene.
A spokesman for the force said: "Kent Police was called shortly before 2.30pm today following concern for a woman in the Victoria Parade area of Ramsgate.
"Officers attended and the woman was located and passed into the care of healthcare professionals."
