The 10th anniversary of Westwood Cross will be celebrated with music, competitions, acrobats and plenty for children this weekend.
Sunday’s action will be headlined by Britain’s Got Talent finalist Calum Scott, who was fast-tracked into the final in his audition as Simon Cowell’s “golden buzzer” act.
kmfm's Fiat Street Team will be hosting both days, playing some of the biggest chart hits and having fun on stage.
There will also be street food vendors, samba drumming bands on both days, and stilt walkers.
Children can enjoy a treasure hunt, hula hoop competition and face-painting, as well as meeting Frozen characters and a princess meet and greet.
A selection of brands will also put on special offers to celebrate the anniversary. Westwood Cross centre manager Francesca Donovan said: “You’re only 10 once, so we’re celebrating in style and expecting a fantastic turnout on the day.
“Westwood Cross is proud to support our local community, and we can’t wait to celebrate our landmark anniversary with all our loyal shoppers.
”We’ve come a long way in such a short time, and with a host of new retailers joining us in the coming months, it’s looking like our most exciting year yet.”
