The sister restaurant of a Michelin-starred eatery is set to close for good this week.
Tapas restaurant Dos, in Oscar Road, Broadstairs, has been forced to shut due to rising costs and a fall in custom.
The restaurant is run by the same people behind Michelin-starred Stark, which is in the same street.
A post shared on Facebook said: "Unfortunately, due to rapidly rising energy and produce price rises and a fall in custom, we have had to make the difficult decision to close Dos at Christmas.
"Our last day of service will be December 23."
"Jess and Ben would like to thank everyone who has supported us since we opened last year."
Owners Ben and Sophie Crittenden thanked those who have supported the restaurant since it opened last year.
The eatery launched in the original Stark site, which moved to a larger building in Oscar Road.
In a previous post about Dos, Sophie said: "The food is outstanding, the service is relaxed and friendly and the setting is so quirky it makes for plenty of conversation starters!
"Ben and I are so proud of what we achieved with Dos, creating a place to eat that delivers on every level - from flavours to experience- and it's been such a fun journey to be a part of."
She says Stark will be expanding its service from January to "try to keep up with the demand of tables we're still lucky enough to have".
"Thank you to everyone who's come in and supported our businesses," she added.
"We're so grateful to each and every one of you and can't wait to go into 2023 with you."
