A teenager has been arrested on suspicion of dealing heroin.

The 19-year-old from Margate was seized by police in Norfolk Road, Cliftonville, as officers patrolled the area.

He was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply heroin and has been released on police bail until April 5.

The arrest took place on Wednesday, February 22.
