A teenager was pulled from his bike and repeatedly punched and kicked.

The victim, in his late teens, was riding along King Street, Ramsgate at about 6.15pm on Friday, August 30 when he was targeted by a group.

He suffered multiple bruises after being struck a number of times while on the ground. His bike and mobile phone were damaged during the attack too.

A member of the public stepped in to assist and was also assaulted.

Police are investigating and seeking witnesses.
