A supermarket has reopened following a medical incident.

Tesco Extra in Margate Road, Westwood, Broadstairs, closed its doors following an emergency this morning,

The police and ambulance service were called out.

A police spokesman told KentOnline: “Kent Police was called to a medical incident on Margate Road, Broadstairs at 10.02am today.

“Officers attended the scene where they assisted South East Coast Ambulance Service.”
