MARGATE boxer Takaloo returns to the ring on Saturday, September 13, in a 10-round fight against Ukrainian Wladimir Borovski at the Newport Centre.

Takaloo will not be putting his WBU light-middleweight title on the line and is using the fight to test out the right hand he damaged against Jose Rosa in May.

Providing he comes through unscathed against Borovski, who has a 14-5 record and has only been stopped once, Takaloo plans to defend his title again in November.

A possible unification title fight could then take place in January.
