Two people suffered burns and smoke inhalation after a house fire in Ramsgate.
The blaze broke out at the property in Boundary Road just before 9am today.
Four fire engines were sent to the scene, along with police and paramedics.
Crews wearing breathing equipment used hose reel jets to tackle the flames on the first floor.
The fire service says two people were handed into the care of ambulance crews, suffering from minor burns and the effects of breathing in smoke.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
Crews left the scene just after 10am.
