A man in his 50s suffered a nasty head injury after a town centre fracas, say police.
The victim remains in hospital in a serious condition following the attack which happened on Friday night in Ramsgate.
Police were called to a disturbance involving a group of people in King Street at about 8pm.
They found the victim at the scene who was taken to the QEQM Hospital where he remains being treated.
Now police are appealing for witnesses to the incident.
