Ramsgate produced a fine second half display to record a 2-0 win at Walton Casuals in Ryman League Division 1 South on Saturday.

Gary Mickelborough went close twice in the first half but had to wait until two minutes after the break to open the scoring, firing past Casuals keeper Chico Ramos from the right of the area.

Some slack Walton defending led to the second on 63 minutes, Kenny Pratt turning in a loose ball from 15 yards after a melee.

Jim Ward's, pictured, side went close to increasing the lead through Pratt and sub Sam Jones before the end but were thwarted by Ramos.
