Following more than 2,900 entries, a name has been selected for Dreamland's latest new ride.
Judges chose the name 'Dreamcatcher', which was suggested 111 people.
Out of those, the lucky winner chosen at random was Rebecca Wood.
She will now be one of the first to experience the ride along with up to nine friends on its opening this weekend.
It's an open-air thrill experience that transports riders 60 feet through the air at 25 miles per hour.
It seats 24 people, two per gondola.
The other 110 who suggested the name 'Dreamcatcher' will be offered two unlimited ride wristbands for Saturday.
Steve Gotkine, chief operating officer at Dreamland, said: "We’ve had a great response to the ride naming competition which has really got people talking.
"We were looking for something fun, thrilling, bold and original which captures the spirit of Dreamland and this really is a fitting choice.
“The lucky winner and all those who suggested the name have secured their part in Dreamland history.
"We’re delighted that so many people wanted to share in the naming process and be part of Dreamland’s new look for the summer with a host of new rides and a fun family festival feel every day at the park.”
