Emergency services were at the scene of an accident on a busy roundabout this morning.
Police received a report of a collision involving a car and a van at 7.23am at the main Minster roundabout on the A299. Witness reported seeing a woman being cut out of a Ford Fiesta off the road near the Holiday Inn.
A fire engine and two ambulance were called. Police officers remained at the scene although the road remained open. Police said a woman had suffered injuries and was being treated by paramedics from Secamb. Both vehicles had been moved off the carriageway.
