Beach lovers are being offered the chance to soak up views of the coast as they work following the creation of an office by the sea.
A pop-up hut equipped with 5G coverage has been erected on Margate Main Sands by phone firm Three.
The glass-panelled office is surrounded by desk chairs and tables, which also have access to the phone company's internet service.
Three has made the makeshift workspace available for residents to use for free between 9am and 6pm until Wednesday, August 11.
A spokesman for the firm said: "It is free for anyone that turns up and is fully kitted out with everything you need for an office.
"Here you can experience Three, the UK’s fastest 5G network, in action.
"You can enjoy being outdoors without worrying about being unable to stay on top of your work."
However, residents have taken to social media to brand the office a potential "sweat box" and "a greenhouse on the beach".
One local noted: "Is it air conditioned? If not, you're going to poach in that space."
Temperatures over the next five days are not expected to exceed 21C, with light showers also set to fall tomorrow and on Monday.
A Thanet District Council spokesman said: "When Three UK asked us if they could put a pop-up workspace on Margate Main Sands, we couldn't wait to see people working from the beach.
"The office is fully 5G compatible, 100% free to use and open from 9am-6pm."
