Freddie Parker scored a first-half hat-trick as Cray Valley climbed to fourth in the Isthmian Premier.
Parker’s treble opened up a three-goal lead at Bognor Regis before Jasper Mather replied.
Spencer Spurway scored the Rocks’ second at the death, with the Millers winning 3-2.
A terrible start proved Dartford’s undoing in a 3-2 home defeat by Wingate & Finchley.
Goals from Andronicos Georgiou (2) and Ben Frampah saw Darts trail 3-0 after 21 minutes at Princes Park.
Substitutes Olly Box and Ade Yusuff replied after the break but the visitors held on, with Dartford dropping to 13th.
Folkestone are up to 10th after Jimmy Wallace’s own goal on the hour secured a 1-0 victory at Canvey Island.
Chatham fought back from two goals down to draw with Potters Bar at Maidstone Road.
Brandon Adams and Ben Ward-Cochrane put the visitors in charge at the break but Reece Butler replied early in the second half and Simon Cooper earned a point with an 82nd-minute equaliser.

Mitchell May scored four times as Sittingbourne thumped Hythe 6-0 to go fourth in Isthmian South East.
The big striker struck twice in eight minutes midway through the first half and completed his treble after Donvieve Jones had given the Brickies a 3-0 lead.
May was on target again early in the second half and Ryan Kingsford added number six in added time as the Cannons slipped to a sixth successive league defeat.
Ibrahim Olutade’s first Margate hat-trick earned a 3-2 victory at Sheppey.
Top scorer Olutade scored either side of the break and added his third after Sinn’kaye Christie replied.
Danny Leonard bagged an injury-time consolation for Ernie Batten’s side who drop to fifth, ahead of Margate on goal difference.
Deal are ninth after Billy Munday’s hat-trick in a 4-3 home victory against Merstham.
Munday broke the deadlock at the Charles Ground and restored the lead on the stroke of half-time following Andy Somo’s leveller.
The Hoops man completed his hat-trick six minutes after the break and Ben Chapman made it 4-2 before Korrey Henry’s injury-time strike for Merstham.
Herne Bay eased to a 3-1 victory at bottom side Phoenix Sports.
Kane Haysman and Ethan Smith opened up a two-goal lead at the break and Michael Salako’s penalty made it three before Marcus Elliott replied.
Ashford United climbed out of the bottom four after a second away win in five days.
Louis Collins gave the Nuts & Bolts a second-minute lead at Eastbourne Town.
James Ding levelled before half-time but Gary Lockyer marked his return to the starting XI by scoring Ashford’s 74th-minute winner in a 2-1 victory.
Sevenoaks drew 0-0 with Erith Town while Ramsgate’s game at East Grinstead was postponed following a morning pitch inspection.
