Ramsgate manager Jim Ward has three injury worries ahead of the FA Trophy First Qualifying Round trip to Thamesmead on Friday.

Nick Treadwell and Matt Adams are both nursing knee problems, while Nick Humphreys missed the 1-1 draw at Faversham on Tuesday night, with an ankle injury.

Fellow central defender Joe Kane and midfielder Peter Smith are both unavailable.

Ward said: "I will get the physio in to have a look at the three boys at training on Thursday night.

"The tie is a massive game for the club. The prize money doesn't worry me, but it's the kudos of being in that draw on Monday.

"It's a 50-50 game in my view, but Thamesmead had a great result themselves winning 4-1 at Thurrock"

Ward says Aaron Quain will be fined after being sent off in the 1-1 draw against Faversham

He spoke to referee Steve Brown after the game and confirmed the 61st minute dismissal was for foul and abusive language.

"He will be hit in the pocket. He has not only let himself down, but his team-mates as well, and it was the difference between us winning the game and not.

"I was very disappointed with our first half performance, because we had been playing some silky stuff lately, but Ian Pulman scored a great goal and we bossed the first 20 minutes of the second."
