Defender Adam Cash has signed a one year contract extension to stay at Margate.
The young full-back is manager Nikki Bull's fourth signing of the week following Mike Fondop-Talom, from Billericay Town, and Brett Johnson and Lewis Taylor, both of whom agreed deals to stay with the club.
Bull also has Matt Johnson under contract for 2016/17 and said of Cash: “Adam spent a lot of time on loan last season and has developed into a strong full back who will have an important role to play this season.”
Cash, the son of former Gate assistant manager Stuart, joined the Blues in 2014 under former boss Terry Brown but spent the majority of last season on loan at Ryman League Premier Division clubs Metropolitan Police and Leatherhead where he impressed.
He has also previously played at Wealdstone, Windsor & Eton, Hayes & Yeading and Harrow Borough.
Meanwhile Gate have also confirmed they will host Leatherhead in a friendly at Hartsdown Park on Saturday, July 16 (3pm).
