Ramsgate are looking for a new manager after parting company with Nick Davis.
Davis had his contract terminated by the Thanet club on Wednesday afternoon.
The former Sittingbourne boss left with Rams bottom of Isthmian South East with just one point from their opening five fixtures.
They have lost all four of their league matches at Southwood so far including two in the space of four days this week.
They were beaten 4-1 by Guernsey on Saturday and 3-0 by Herne Bay on Tuesday night.
Davis, a former Ramsgate player, joined the club as manager in December 2018 succeeding Lloyd Blackman. He led them to 11th place last season.
A statement released by the club described him as a 'very popular' adding that he had made a positive impact during his spell in charge.
However, it went on: "After failing to accumulate a win in the Isthmian League heading into game week six, the club feels a change is necessary to elevate the club's performance towards our promotion goals."
Director and chief executive Paul Bowden-Brown said: "Nick has worked professionally and diligently to bring success to this football club, and we are disappointed and saddened that the results have not mirrored this effort.
“We as a club would like to go on record in personally thanking Nick for the way he has represented this club on and off the field and everyone wishes him and his family the very best for the future.
"The club are working hard to ensure the team is best prepared for an important FA Cup (second qualifying round) match on the weekend against Hadley FC."
Davis is the second Kent manager to leave an Isthmian South East club this month with Sam Denly resigning from his post at Hythe a fortnight ago.
