Margate manager Jay Saunders has strengthened his squad with a double signing.

Gate have agreed deals with goalkeeper Bailey Vose and trialist Connor Evans.

Vose is no stranger to Kent footballing circles and joins following his release by Colchester.

He spent a large chunk of the 2018/19 season on loan at Dartford and has also spent a spell on loan at Welling, having previously been at Brighton.

Evans scored twice in the pre-season friendly victory over Ramsgate last weekend.
