Newly-promoted Margate will start the National League South season at home to Truro City.
Truro, who themselves have just come up from the Southern League, face a 700-mile round-trip on the opening weekend to face Terry Brown's Ryman League play-off winners at Hartsdown Park.
The first of Margate's six Kent derbies is on August 29 when they host Dartford.
Ebbsfleet are the next of the county's clubs to visit Hartsdown, on September 12.
Two games against Maidstone United over Christmas and New Year come either side of a trip to Princes Park on December 28 for the rematch against Dartford.
Margate take on Ebbsfleet at Stonebridge Road on January 23 and the season ends with a trip to Bath City on Saturday, April 30.
