Former loan pair Dave Martin and Vas Karagiannis have made their moves to Margate permanent on another busy day of transfer activity at Hartsdown Park.

The pair have both signed one-year deals and take boss Steve Watts' total of signings to eight - four in the space of the last week.

Thirty-one-year attacking midfielder Martin made seven appearances this season and joins following his release by Vanarama National League Bromley.

Gate boss Steve Watt hinted he was keen to keep Martin who started his career with former Kent League club Slade Green, before moving to Dartford.

Fellow midfielder Karagiannis (25) was signed by former boss Nikki Bull from Maidstone United in September. scoring in the club's 2-0 win at Bishop's Stortord in September - their only away success.
