Ramsgate's management team of Jason Lillis, Terry Sedge and Joe Radford have left the club after less than three months in charge.
The Rams parted company with the trio after their 7-0 thrashing at Sittingbourne in Isthmian South East on Saturday.
Former Gillingham striker Lillis joined Ramsgate in early October, working alongside joint-managers Sedge and Radford as head of coaching development after Nick Davis had parted company with the club in September.
Lillis said: "With the massive restructuring needed on and off the field, this was too much for me to put my 100% effort into and fit in with my job (as Gillingham's head of coaching development) and family commitments.
"There were financial circumstances that had arisen before I was put in post which was a challenge to sort out and I got the extortionate playing budget down to what I was asked to, which was hard enough, having to come in and look to release players to fall into budget requirements.
"My main aim was to come in and look to restructure the coaching programme and work with the youth coaches, but this had to be put back due to the time restraints needed on non-footballing matters.
"After an open and honest conversation with James Lawson (Ramsgate chairman), we both agreed it was virtually impossible to juggle work needed at Ramsgate and my work-life balance.
"James has a lot of hard work ahead of him dealing with behind-the-scenes restructuring and bringing fresh new faces to the board, as the club needs a fresh new outlook."
The trio leave with Ramsgate 19th in the league table, six points clear of basement boys East Grinstead but having played four league fixtures more than the West Sussex club.
Ramsgate chairman Paul Bowden-Brown also stood down due to health reasons earlier this month, with James Lawson named as his successor.
"Ramsgate Football Club can confirm that Jason Lillis, Terry Sedge and Joe Radford have left the club with immediate effect," a statement, released by the club yesterday, read.
"This morning club chairman, James Lawson, met with the club's management team and they mutually agreed to part company.
"The club will issue a further statement in the near future."
Ramsgate, whose last win came on November 19 when they beat Herne Bay 1-0 in the Velocity Trophy, are next in action on Saturday when they welcome VCD Athletic to Southwood before visiting league leaders Hastings United on January 11.
