A section of the A21 will be closed tonight to allow an investigation of the viaduct bridge joints.

Road users are being advised the southbound carriageway between Morley's Roundabout and the Vauxhall Interchange near Tonbridge will be shut between 8pm and 6am.

A clearly signed diversion will be in place via the B245 and A26 through Tonbridge to join the A21 at Vauxhall interchange.

Drivers are advised to plan their journeys and allow extra time to reach their destinations.
