A MOTORCYCLIST was injured and taken to hospital after being involved in a crash with a lorry on the A21 between Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge.

Police say the incident happened at about 7am on Monday near Castle Hill.

The motorcycle was taken to Kent and Sussex Hospital in Tunbridge Wells suffering from injuries which have been described as "not life threatening".

The road was not closed but the incident caused traffic in the area to be delayed.
