Tonbridge biker killed in crash in Eridge Green, East Sussex named as Harley Hicks

A motorcyclist from Tonbridge who died following a crash in East Sussex has been named.

Harley Hicks, who was riding a black Sinnis Apache motorcycle, was involved in a collision with a blue Ford Ka on the A26 Eridge Road at the junction with Groombridge Lane in Eridge Green.

He was taken to King's College Hospital in London after the accident on March 23 at around 10.10pm but sadly later died there.

A 24-year-old woman from Crowborough was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.

She has since been released under investigation while inquiries are ongoing.

Sussex Police have launched an appeal for anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who has any dashcam footage to make contact with them.
