Pierce Mill Lane in Tonbridge will be closed tomorrow to allow a fallen electricity pole to be repaired.

The road will be shut between Tonbridge Road and Hatches Lane while engineers fix the pole, which Kent County Council said had "collapsed".

A signed diversion will be in place, via Hatches Lane and Tonbridge Road.

KCC hopes the road will reopen by midnight.
