An Edenbridge road has re-opened after an earlier crash.

The B2027 Clinton Lane was closed in both directions at the junction with How Greens Lane.

Police and ambulance crews were called to the scene shortly after 9am to reports of a crash involving a Fiat Punto which came to rest on its side.

The road was closed for a short period of time while the vehicle was recovered and debris cleared from the road.

The occupant of the Fiat suffered minor injuries.

The road was reopened at 10.26am.
