Jump In trampoline park in Tonbridge one step closer to finding new premises in town

A trampoline park set to close in Tonbridge has confirmed it has narrowed down its search for a new premises to three potential sites.

Jump In, on Morley Road, has been forced to move out of its current location to make way for the large alcoholic drinks company ATOM Group.

Regional Manager Joseph Upstone said: "It is extremely early days at the moment but we are in talks with landlords at three possible venues in the Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells areas.

"We have had a lot of suggestions on potential sites but we need to consider things like space, car parking, accessibility and facilities that qualify for the right permissions.

"We have really enjoyed operating in the area and we hope to remain locally. We want to thank everyone for their support."

One of the locations on the cards is Beales in The Angel Centre.

The department store went into liquidation in January this year and has revealed it is in its last few days of trading.

A date for the closure has not yet been confirmed.

In a statement on it's website, Jump In group said it will continue to operate as normal until it closes its doors for the final time on Friday May 3.

More than 60 jobs and multiple businesses could be under threat if a the family attraction is unable find a suitable new venue.

Two of those businesses include Razzamataz Theatre School, which has been hiring the space for two years, and Willow Yoga.
