A Kent orchestra will perform a special Christmas concert in Tonbridge.
The Lydian Orchestra formed almost 40 years ago and gives young west Kent musicians the chance to play together at least three times a year.
Some performers have gone on to professional careers in the music industry.
More accustomed to playing the french horn, local Chris Pelmore is also a keen singer and tenor soloist for the Lydian.
When he doesn't have his musical hat on, Chris is in his fourth year of studying at the University of Bristol.
Concernts usually take place in Tonbridge on a Monday shortly before Christmas and in Sevenoaks on a Sunday evening during East holidays and in the summer.
The Orchestra is also heading to Wiesbaden in 2015 for a summer tour abroad.
Anyone interested in joining should email chairman@lydian.org.uk or visit www.lydian.org.uk
The Christmas concert that will be conducted by Jonathan Butcher will be held on Monday, December 22 at 7.30pm in St Stephen's Church, Waterloo Road, Tonbridge.
Tickets are £12 for adults including a drink and programme and £5 for children.
