A man has been sentenced at Sevenoaks Magistrates' Court for a number of offences.

Michael Hackett pleaded guilty to assault, criminal damage and two counts of breaching an Anti-Social Behaviour Order.

On April 22 the 60-year-old, of no fixed address, assaulted a woman in Grosvenor Road, Tunbridge Wells.

On April 24 Hackett damaged the custody telephone in a cell at Tonbridge Police Station.

Between these two dates he also breached an ASBO made by Tottenham Magistrates Court in October 2013 by behaving in a violent or threatening way towards members of the public.

He breached his ASBO again on April 25 by urinating in a place not designated for that purpose.

Magistrates sentenced him to 90 days in prison and fined him £50 for the criminal damage and assault charges.

He must also pay an £80 victim surcharge.
