A man is set to be charged with causing the death of a Hadlow father-of-two in a crash which closed a road for five hours.

Dicken Reynolds, 55, was killed when a Jeep Cherokee and a Ford Focus collided in London Road, Hildenborough in September.

The crash happened between Morleys roundabout and Mill Lane. An air ambulance was called but Mr Reynolds was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

At the time of his death Mr Reynolds' family released an emotional tribute.

They said: "Dicken was a loving Dad, caring brother and generous friend. His happiness in life was seeing those he loved happy and content.

"He will be hugely missed by his two children Kimberley and Tom, his family and friends and his beloved Jack Russell Dexter.

“Dicken recently fulfilled his lifelong dream of owning a Harley Davidson, and those who know Dicken will know how deserved this happiness was.

"Dicken was one of life's good guys, always putting others before himself and always there to lend a hand. Dickens generosity and loving spirit will be missed by everyone that knew him.”

Mr Reynolds' funeral took place at Tunbridge Wells Crematorium in October.
