The NHS Trust is urging patients to check their appointments scheduled at a breast screening van today after one has broken down in Tonbridge.

The van, currently in the Angel Centre car park on Angel Lane has broken down meaning appointments for today are having to be rescheduled.

Staff hope the vehicle will be back up and running from Tuesday next week but in the meantime are contacting patients with appointments for tomorrow and Monday to ask them not to attend.

A spokesperson for the NHS Trust said: "If you have an appointment on either of these days, please do not attend - a new appointment will be allocated to you."
