An Olympic legend is set to join an all-female panel chat show.
Dame Kelly Holmes, who lives in Hildenborough, near Tonbridge, will be part of ITV's Loose Women permanently.
The 52-year-old will be joining the likes of Ruth Langsford, Kaye Adams, Nadia Sawalha and Charlene White.
Whistable's Janet Street-Porter is also a member of the team.
The daytime TV show features an all-female panel of four, who interview celebrity guests and discuss topical issues.
In an interview with The Sun, Kelly said: “I am extremely excited about joining Loose Women.
“Having met a few of the panellists recently, I know that the shows will be full of energy, smiles, tears and lots of laughs.
“I hope I can bring my energy to the show and I will be up for doing any mad experiences that they throw at me.”
The Kent star has previously been a guest on the show, and most recently appeared to discuss her coming out story.
At the beginning of June, during Pride month, she announced she was gay – saying she "finally feels free."
Kelly, who won 800m and 1,500m gold at the 2004 Olympics in Athens, says family and friends have known for years.
In January she started making "Being Me", a documentary about her experiences, which was screened in June.
Kelly will make her debut on Monday, September 12.
You can watch Loose Women weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV.
