Southeastern passengers have been left furious as problems stemming from a broken down train at Tunbridge Wells this morning continue.

Southeastern said the train would be causing delays of up to 20 minutes to trains between Hastings and Tonbridge and are expected to continue until 12:30pm.

Passengers have taken to social media to express their frustration at the company that announced this morning its franchise will continue to serve Kent until 2018.

Passengers face delays for up to four weeks

Staff were working to move the train off of the track this morning.

The incident can be followed on twitter using the hashtag #TunbridgeWells.
