A charity supporting young carers is gearing up to take part in Britain's Best Breakfast.
Carers FIRST will participate in the event which is a national fundraising campaign organised by Carers Trust raising money to support unpaid carers.
Britain’s Best Breakfast encourages people to hold a breakfast event between Friday, October 17 and Sunday, October 19, for their friends, family and work colleagues.
Bubbles Community Launderette in Quarry Hill, Tonbridge will be hosting a breakfast on Saturday, October 18 from 9.30am to 12pm to raise awareness of carers and the issues they face.
Carers FIRST staff will be there to answer any questions and provide support to those who attend.
According to the charity, there are seven million unpaid carers in the UK and three in five of us will become a carer at some point in our lives.
