A car was left on its side following a road traffic collision in A26 Quarry Hill Road near Tonbridge this afternoon.

The incident occurred at 2.06pm when a car and another vehicle collided at the junction of the A21 and A26 and, blocking one lane of the carriageway.

Emergency services, including two ambulances and two fire engines were called to the scene.

It is understood a patient was taken to Tunbridge Wells Hospital but there are no reports of any serious injuries.

Officers remain at the scene.
