NatWest is set to close a branch in a high street next March.
The bank in Tonbridge High Street follows a number of closures across the country announced by the company today.
NatWest has confirmed it will shut on Thursday, March 9 next year.
It follows branch closures in West Malling and Gillingham High Street.
The company says counter transactions have decreased by 65% at the Tonbridge bank between 2019 and 2022.
They also noted that the branch was used by only one customer on a regular basis.
Customers can make use of banking services at any Post Office and the nearest branches are 4.4 miles away in Tunbridge Wells and six miles away in Sevenoaks.
The branch is one of 43 to be closed over the coming months, with the company announcing today that it will be transitioning more of its banking services online.
A NatWest spokeswomen said: “As with many industries, most of our customers are shifting to mobile and online banking, because it’s faster and easier for people to manage their financial lives.
“We understand and recognise that digital solutions aren’t right for everyone or every situation, and that when we close branches we have to make sure that no one is left behind.
“We take our responsibility seriously to support the people who face challenges in moving online, so we are investing to provide them with support and alternatives that work for them.”
