A Hildenborough police officer has been sacked after driving while more than three times the legal alcohol limit.
PC Louise Wilson, a Met Police employee working in Greenwich Borough, admitted one charge of drink driving in August.
The 36-year-old was off-duty when she was stopped in the early hours of the morning the previous month in Tonbridge Road, Hildenborough.
Wilson, of Mount Pleasant, was banned from driving for two years, ordered to pay £85 and handed a 20-hour rehabilitation order.
At a Special Case Misconduct Hearing, Wilson was proven to have failed to meet the required standards of professional behaviour.
Assistant Commissioner Helen King, lead for professionalism and chair of the hearing, said: "While I have sympathy with the officer and the impact this case has had on her, it is right that the police are expected to uphold the law.
"In this case PC Wilson's actions could have had very serious consequences for other road users.
"The appropriate sanction in this case, having considered all the documents and explanation provided to me, is that the officer should be dismissed without notice."
